Hotel dekat Funk 'n Waffles

"The hotel itself is dated. However the beds are comfortable but carpet needs cleaning throughout hotel. Hotel room was next to Hwy, I could hear cars passing by at night. Our toilet was stopped us, We asked before game for service not done. We had to ask again after game for service. One side of sink was stopped up, we didn’t bother, We just used other sink since it was 2. We attended a Syracuse College game and the pub connected to hotel offered us round trip transportation for $5 dollars was...

"nice and clean"

"Hotel is currently being renovated and transitioning to Hampton Inn soon. Updates look real nice. Breakfast area was being renovated but still somewhat functional. Our room was recently updated and was very nice. Should be nice once it becomes Hampton Inn."

"Well situated in Armory Square and the staff is terrific. Very friendly and helpful. The area has museums, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within walking was distance. Breakfast buffet was decent"

"Staff was knowledgeable of the area and activities going on. Service with the room was excellent . Friendly atmosphere over all."

"Clarion Pointe in downtown Syracuse is a hidden gem and an excellent value for the price! What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. The front desk team is welcoming, approachable, and incredibly helpful, making you feel like a valued guest. The housekeepers also deserve special recognition for their excellent work and the care they put into keeping everything clean and inviting. It’s refreshing to find a reasonably priced hotel with such a hardworking, caring team. If you’re looking...

"Nice clean hotel and room"

"Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too."

"Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice, but our door had to be slammed to click shut properly. Over all we had a great stay."

"The property was very clean and well maintained and the service was excellent as well. But the hotel took advantage of the Syracuse University event to charge an outrageous $600/ night price for the room compared I have some yeah"

"My only complaint was the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor."
