"I have continually stayed at the Sphere for several time while visiting Makati. The staff are extremly helpful and superlative in their service. If you have any questions about the local area they are well informed. The hotel itself is located in close to shopping malls and other areas of interest. Very quiet, and they gym is well maintained. "Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. The accomodation we booked for is for 3-4 people and hence on the photos was more roomy. This one is a studio...

"On the whole, I loved the staff and the facility. Couple of things could be done better. Stop advertising complimentary 1st day breakfast as you don’t get it unless you prepay for breakfast and pay extra on Expedia! How is it complimentary when I pay for it? If you do not prepay on expedia, staff refuses to honor complimentary breakfast! Ridiculous! Second found the mattress very firm, which I liked initially but by day 3 started getting backpain. Hotel did share they will get me a mattress...

"Just a great Hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great gym, and really good location near the Ayala Mall complex. I’ve been to Manila many times, overall this hotel is the first that doesn’t feel like I’m in Asia."
