"We recently stayed at the Harbour house for 3 nights. It is in a perfect location. We could walk everywhere. Rooms were very nice and clean and staff were friendly. The laundry facility was an added bonus."

"upon arrival the outside was beautiful, and the building/plants were well maintained. but after entry we were greeted by the owner who awkwardly changed our room we paid for (first floor) to a basement (apparently he had double booked the room) which was not great at all. The smell was musky and moldy (from what we assume was improper treatment of exposed brick?) The kitchen sink was spitting up dirt. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. There were multiple spider webs...

"The entire hotel was under construction. We were not informed. To get to our room we had to walk down a flight of stairs, walk through an underground tunnel, go up an elevator and walk to our room. Because of the renovations, the breakfast bar was converted into two apples, two muffins and rice Kristy bars in our room. Also the pool was under repairs for the first night of our stay. Would definitely have booked another hotel had I been informed. However the staff were lovely and the location...
