Super clean room. Staff were friendly but had to walk through the busy pub to check in. Not enough sweetners in the room for tea and coffee.

A very pleasant stay. Wonderful breakfast with such a wide selection. Staff very good and were happy to help. Would definitely recommend you book and stay at this hotel.

The Grand Hotel Birmingham
Madeleine Bar is great. Room was nice, but I didn’t rate the bathroom as the room is large but the bath / shower combination was very small. The breakfast was not good at all.
