"For the price, a great hotel with all you need to be comfortable. Loved the breakfast, and the staff were really helpful. A mini fridge would be good, as we had a heatwave. Cold water would have been great."

"At telephone beforehand and on arrival all staff were very pleasant, warm, friendly and helpful. Room was fine and air con a welcome surprise. Dinner in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good but not perhaps as good as dinner. Grounds all very attractive but walking around, particularly at the rear, we did notice some litter and areas in need of attention. Overall an enjoyable visit and in my view competitively priced."

"The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay."

"The Littleton Arms are in a convenient and easily accessible location. Rooms were comfortable and clean having recently been decorated to a high standard. Beds also comfortable and good pressure on shower even though on top floor. Breakfast was excellent having the full English while there were lots of good alternatives to choose from too. "Lovely grounds and buildings. Staff were very helpful and professional. We didn't use the spa facilities but it all looked great. We enjoyed eating and drinking on the terrace, as an informal alternative to the restaurant, and found the bar staff very friendly and efficient. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, definitely!"

"Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team."
