"Please stay away from this hotel, it's for hourly stays with shady people. I was in the room less than 5 minutes. There was blood on the comforter, the room smelled so bad of sweat and body odor I was nearly ill. The dissrepair was unbelievable, holes and scratches on the wall baseboards missing. It was a horror show. When I told them I would not be staying, it was not even a surprise. None of the pictures are realistic. The lobby is permanently closed and furniture is stacked up. I also could not get a refund as the expedia rep disconnected, and they have zero phone number. I drive to the next exit and walked in a Hampton inn that was amazing. "

"Awesome check in experience with Max, but the hotel is undergoing renovations, and the rooms are very dated. The lobby is redone and very nice. I look forward to returning when the renovations are done to see how the rooms are improved. I also had an unexpected “amenity“ charge on my account. I think it’s because they came in when we were away and freshened up our towels."

"The pros were very friendly staffs. The cons were the age of the building and it does not seem to be well maintained. The room was not that clean, but mainly due to the poor maintenance. "

"Surprised how large the room was! Beds seemed like a full not a queen, so maybe that was why the room seemed larger? Staff was friendly at check in and during breakfast the next morning. There's a water fountain/ refill station in the gym... So that was weird to have to use my room key to get in there in order to refill my water cup. Only complaint was the sticky floors in the lobby, breakfast area, hall to elevator."

"The staff is amazing at this Hyatt place! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! 5 stars all around. The only problem in this quaint area is trying to get an Uber. Otherwise Flint Hyatt place is awesome to visit."
