"The hotel was in a great location, right off the metro and a 10 minute walk to Atocha station. The room was clean but the air conditioning was weak, as to be expected in Europe. Our room rarely got under 73 degrees. The rooftop was amazing but the pool was closed when we wanted to go."

"Breakfast is excellent. It is buffet style with lots of fresh fruit choices, baked goods, cheeses, Iberian ham, etc. Staff are attentive. Bathroom for handicapped was very good. "

"Petite Palace Posada del Peine has the perfect location. Just steps away from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, at the very center of Madrid. Very welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk (big thanks to Jon and Marta!) Our room had a balcony and we opened the door to watch the activity and let some fresh air in. The breakfast venue downstairs is cozy, well stocked with a great variety of options to choose from. Mari and Sonia were very kind and attentive. We enjoyed our stay!"

"A perfect little hotel right in the centre of Madrid. I recommend a room on 6th floor with a terrace so you can relax in the sun in the afternoon if required. Everything was clean and tidy and they provided nespresso coffee and a kettle. Polite staff and storage for luggage after check out"
