"Old room but clean"

"Booked on Expedia. Front counter staff could see but not access reservation. Made a new reservation with counter staff on the spot— she was apparently new and very confused. We were fully charged for both reservations—- 1 person, 1 night, 2 rooms, $300+. When we received our credits card statement, we tried to dispute through Expedia and the hotel denied the dispute."

"Rooms where really nice and clean"

"While overall the stay was ok, the breakfast was subpar. Both mornings there was no milk for the cereal, some food was not even ready. Now mind you we were there to have breakfast about 40 minutes after they started but still should have been stocked. Did not even see anyone to say something to. The room was fine but i suggest you go out for breakfast."

"The person checking us in was distracted by another employee so didn't complete telling us all the information ie time of breakfast, wifi code etc. Even though they knew we had 3 people in the room there was only 2 k cups available. Morning staff was more helpful"

"I enjoyed my stay it was a cute hotel near the express way for drivers but also walkable to many restaurants near by for those that don't drive .If your staying like for 3 days it's good.They do have free coffee and juice and early morning have small muffins.The staff was nice and funny like I said no problems there now it could use a little touch up here and there but nothing to bad ..the walls are thin so guessing no instalation so can hear people moving around that the only problem I had was...

"After check-in, I always inspect hotel rooms for cleanliness before I bring by travel bags into the room . The rooms at this hotel are sparkling ✨clean. 👍"

"Very old hotel with old facilities. There was a weird centripede in the room. We changed room. Bath are painted over and the paint is chipping. The pool area and the reception are exceptional and ver nice. Very unfortunate that the hotel is not as nice as the pool area. Pool area is covered."

"I was overall pleased with this hotel. The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. The pillows were not good. I would give it thumbs up to stay."
