"A very clean hotel… exceptionally so. Centrally located opposite the old town. The breakfast was excellent… a wonderful large buffet with lots of delicacies. 5 out of 5 for the breakfast. What this hotel was lacking in was acknowledging my Gold VIP member status. I was not offered any extras or an upgrade. "Great place to stay in Tallinn"

"This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly."

"Really nice place, much larger and better located than I had imagined . One main issue is where you have to leave your bags if arriving before 4 pm. You’re expected to go up a hill, across cobblestone street, for about 10 min. Once you arrive there are lockers which require 2 euro coins, which you don’t get back. There should be a place to store luggage in the same building where you’re staying. Place itself was nice, clean."
