"Staff was friendly and room was lovely. Although breakfast was nice it would have been better if expedia listed it as a cold breakfast with toast making facilities and only two off road parking spaces for the 7 or so rooms(would be 3 if owner wasn't using one) as parking was a main factor in selecting accommodation. It was lucky that many of the other guests had come via train and not all rooms were occupied."

Room was clean and spacious, some areas look a little tired in the room which could be resolved without too much effort to make the stay that extra bit special. Would definitely go back and try and different room. "
