The water pressure in shower was a plus, rooms are a little small but clean and quiet. The only bad thing I would say is the door to the rooms are very heavy. "

"I have stayed here a couple of times and both have been a great experience. Bernadette and Thomas at the front desk are wonderful as are all the other staff. The pool area and rooms have always been clean and well taken care of and the breakfasts are amazing. The only problem with this place is the parking. Parking is horrible."

"My stay was overwhelmingly positive; however, there were a few small hiccups that are worth mentioning. First of all, the staff were absolutely fantastic! It seemed like everybody, from the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff to the receptionists went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. "Way too loud after 10pm. Friday and Saturday. No water service for 5 hours. Elevators down after 9:30 had to hike children up stairs. Difficult stay. Really used to love this place. "

"We had trouble finding property as temporary sign too small and barely visible, no hoy water as boiler was broke, walls so thin the couple fighting in next room for hours felt like they were in our room. Offered refund but told to talk to Expedia since we booked through you."

"My stayed was terrible. At midnight a staff tried to open the door twice, i scared and told the person to stopped, thanks God my husband put the door security and is why he can come in. Apparently when i did the check in they didn't register that the room was occupied. So scary. "

"There’s construction going on at this hotel and they are very inconsiderate of the guests. Music blaring loud, machines, sanding, drilling, yelling, moving carts etc starting early in the morning. The parking lot has a bunch going on so parking isn’t the easiest either."

"It didn't look like the pictures you have of it, its run down and they even charge 4.00 dollars a day for housekeeping it didn't say that in the add,no coffee in the morning or nothing there was no store around it and they sold soda frozen hot pockets ect. And it was expensive. "
