Hotel dekat Galeri Seni Memorial

"Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!"

"Convenient location for the strong museum"

"Lovely"

"Thanks!"

"I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. It is in bad need of repairs and maintenance, from the escalators and elevators to the pool paint peeling up from the bottom. Our water pressure in the bathroom was so low I had to go wash my hair at a friends room in the Hilton next door. Fluorescent lighting in the rooms, no cleaning staff.. this was rough. We couldn’t even go to the hotel bar because the escalator makes such a loud screeching sound every 5 seconds or so that echos throughout the entire...

"Loved this property. The Keurig was not working in room #16 but three Dunkins within short distance. 9.99 out of 10"

"Staff not very helpful or polite, but otherwise clean enough and decent breakfast."

"Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace"

"-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all...

"The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

"This hotel is beautiful, very well maintain and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the front desk, maintance, housekeeping and the breakfast servers. The breakfast buffet was just amazing every single day with something for everyone. The waffles are just wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality."

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"
