"The hotel was very nice but there was an issue with our room being double booked. When my wife was getting out of the shower another guest was trying to enter the room with the key. This caused a big problem. We notified the front desk and they cleared things up. The front desk also mentioned that they would accommodate us for the mix up. "

"The hotel itself was very good, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The overall environment was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. However, I did have a concerning experience at the pool area. I left my jacket on my chair with a towel for less than 30 minutes, and when I returned, both items were gone. The staff did try to help and looked around, but nothing was found. I was asked to file a claim with the hotel’s insurance, and I hope to be reimbursed, as the jacket was expensive. For a hotel at this price point, I would expect better security in shared areas like the pool. Aside from this incident, everything else was great, and the staff truly made a positive impression."

"This is basically a shared house/hostel. All common areas are shared and you can hear everything through the walls. The bathroom was left dirty by the other people staying there. The rooms were really small and cheap looking. The beds were not comfortable and the tvs were also tiny. The area was kind of ghetto and the parking was strange as well. The host was very responsive. I guess it could work for someone comfortable with staying in a shared house, but we won’t be back. "
