"We traveled to this location in an EV and on check in, weren't told some specific information on getting the chargers working. When you check in, please ask the host for the specific issues faced by many. It would have been ALOT less stressful had that information been volunteered initially. US v Canadian App (Not clear online) Pool area was nice but is in need of some ventilation as it was very humid and stunk of chlorine. Also, if you book through Expedia, check to see if your stay...

"Perfect for a quick stay!"

"Liked the seperste bedroom from the living area. Liked the 2 doors to the bathroom. There was a large black garbage bag in our hallway from Saturday morning until Monday afternoon. I told 1 housekeeper and two front desk staff about it and they all said they would look after it immediately. Nothing happened."

"Everything about our stay here was five star! The staff was amazing and super friendly. It was my daughter’s 13 birthday and they just were incredible and made her feel special! We missed the chance to use the pool and it was offered after check out. The hotel was very clean and nice. Looks updated and well kept. One lady helped me make the day feel special for her and I wish i remember her name. But thank you!! ❤️❤️ we will return 😊"

"We had a lovely, spacious, room with jaccuzzi and fireplace at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was very good, definitely a notch above what we are seeing in competing hotels in North America. It was very conveniently located to where we needed to be, Bowmanville. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area."
