"We had a fantastic stay at Chatrium Riverside Hotel. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely pool, which is perfect for relaxing between outings. They have amazing breakfast. The staff are truly amazing and go out of their way to make sure you stay is pleasant. They are attentive, friendly and always ready to accommodate any request to ensure you looked after and have everything you need. Nothing felt like too much trouble for them. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. Your kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel if you want great service comfortable stay!"

"The room is very spacious and very clean. The pool has a beautiful view with many well-known landmarks in Bangkok. The service was absolutely amazing. I only remember two names of the staff who helped me a lot during my stay: Mic and Nuch. The bellboy at the front was also very helpful and always smiling. Hua Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was delicious. The lobby is beautiful and has plenty of sofas to relax on. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there.
