"It was a great locations near Northern Arizona University. The room was well furnished, fairly large, and clean. The "happy hour" 5:30 was very nice and very appreciated. The bites were very nice and tasty as were the beverages. All staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was well presented. The only disappointment was that the steam table items were not hot enough. The outside grounds were quite nice."

"Clean room and very spacious. Bed was large but hard. Luxury pillows and covers. Bathroom seat was lower the ground and slippery shower. House keeping was lound in surrounding rooms being cleaned, ruined our sleeping in plan :( thin walls! "

"This hotel served the purpose that I needed. It allowed pets and was close to the event that I had traveled to Flagstaff for. I mistakenly drove to the newer hotel located in town. When I tried to check in there, I learned that my reservation was with their other location close to the park where my event was. I wish I would have stayed at the first location.
