"Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Cézanne à Cannes et, malheureusement, notre expérience a été plutôt décevante. Le petit-déjeuner, en particulier le dernier jour, était bien en dessous des attentes : nous étions les seuls clients présents, mais il manquait plusieurs éléments, notamment les œufs, et le buffet était à moitié vide. "Au vu du parking, nous avons laissé les clefs de la voiture à la réception pour faire une grasse matinée…. 9h le téléphone sonne… pouvez vous déplacer le voiture 😡 je vous ai laissé les clefs pour cela !! De plus pas de volets dans le chambre donc vers 7-8h le soleil

"We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold.

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel, we arrived on a Sunday evening to a friendly welcome, our room and the whole hotel was spotless!
