"Not impressed with this property. Took way too long to check in (15 min), even though there was no one in front of me. TV didn't work the first night and they had no one to fix it. Mold in the shower in multiple places. TV is in a difficult-to-watch position. Talked with a customer service member who promised to give me a discount on my bill. Of course that didn't happen. And - omg - so many useless emails from this place. There was nothing inherently bad, but so many inconveniences to guarantee I'll look elsewhere on my next trip to Kzoo"
