"Needed a normal , traditional southern breakfast!"

"The breakfast buffet was great, the bed comfortable and the room was very clean. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn."

"I travel frequently for work and pleasure and this hotel was probably the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The rooms were spotless. And I am not easily impressed, especially on cleanliness. And it even smelled clean. Not some deodorizer scents to cover up smells. It just smelled like its kept clean. It was also quiet. "This place looks fun and shiny. Don’t look too close cause you can see the age. The floors are thin. People were walking overhead all night and highway is loud. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel with no one overhead. This was Best western at its best."

"My husband and I just stayed at the Aloft in Asheville last week and absolutely loved everything about it! We travel quite often & this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed. The rooms were super nice, bed comfortable, bathroom great. The staff was super friendly, check in and out were smooth. The location was awesome and super central to all these downtown happenings. We walked next door to their sister hotel and had dinner watching the most amazing sunset on the rooftop restaurant....

"False advertising regarding a few of the amenities. I picked this place because of the outside rooftop pool and on site restaraunt would be convenient with the handicapped person in our party. The queen size bed had no fitted sheets....it was a flat sheet and it was shortsheeted. The hot tub was closed off by yellow tape, and the pool was at the top of a hill and 15 steps, not anywhere near handicap friendly. The restaurant you boasted about where we could go down or order room service isnt...
