"Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Carpet was not clean and there we pink fingernail clipping in the bathroom floor despite the chains guarantee of cleanliness. Not to mention what was supposed to be warm breakfast was cold."

"Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high."

"Nice room, clean, bed comfortable, plenty of different pillows to pick from. Staff helpful, pleasant. Parking was fine. Temp control worked fine. Price was very reasonable."
