"Our stay at UNA Galles Milano was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The young gentleman who assisted us during check-in was very kind, attentive and friendly, he took time to explain everything clearly and even helped us by reserving at a near restaurant. "The room was spotless and very spacious, so it was a comfortable stay. The host / manager was available within minutes via whatsapp and super friendly. The entrance is easy to find once you identify it the first time, and the use of pin/links is handy so you don't have to keep track of a key. It is located about a 15 min walk from Milano Centrale and is close to tram and metro stops. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. "

"The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area with good access to public transportation and local attractions. We also appreciated having an elevator, which made moving luggage much easier. Unfortunately, we had a serious safety issue during our stay. On our first night, our daughter cut both of her feet on the exposed drain cover area in the shower, which appeared loose and unsafe. We immediately contacted reception for assistance, but there were no basic first-aid supplies...
