"Staff was great! Room was very clean! I was allowed early check in which was great. As a female solo traveler I felt safe. Close to public transport. "
"We loved this hotel. The staff is so sweet and nice to us the whole time. Our room was so beautiful - and really gave us the feeling of being in Italy with the striped walls and drapes.
It was cold and rainy but we sat by the fire in the lobby and drank red wine. So cozy.
But the best part of this hotel is the location. You can walk to everything from here- La Scala, duomo, Emmanuel Vittoria. Surrounded by cute shops and restaurants.
A million thumbs up. "
The Square Milano Duomo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts
10/10 Excellent
"Super clean! The housekeeper did their job well and very professional. Staff were very helpful and caring, and the location was absolutely perfect! I give them 10 out of 10😀"
"The nicest most attentive staff one could meet. Bedroom and bathroom were superb as was the buffet breakfast. Position near the Duomo and the excellent shopping streets was a huge bonus.
Two small matters that need addressing: the freestanding magnifying mirror in the bathroom falls short of the standard expected. Its magnification is very low and one has to bend down to look in the mirror. There is lots of lighting in the room but no low level lighting to visit the bathroom safely in the night. "
