"It was a very quiet place and nice, uneventual stay. No ice machines or buckets in the room but the restaurant will fill your bottles up for free. Very nice for family trips. The kids enjoyed the pool."

It was the hotel that messaged me while I was already near the airport. The hotel’s receptionist handed the watch to a Uber driver who came to meet me at Guadalajara airport 30 minutes after. I’ll definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel photos did not accurately reflect the actual property. The door system was not functioning properly, which caused inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the restaurant was only available for breakfast and not open afterward, which was disappointing.. Air conditioning is not support the heat when the sun is direct to the windows"
