"Not good. Not clean. They renovating and they should be closed while they’re doing this. We stay in La Quinta in Naples all the time and it’s beautiful was disappointed."

"The property was easy to get to, with plenty of parking. I came back late at night and did not have to park far away. Staff presented okay. They were helpful when needed, but some had an attitude as if they did not want to be there. The room was clean and well-presentable. There is a microwave in the room, which was helpful, but the fridge was small. It did not fit much. It was loud in the morning; you could hear the other guests walking around on the floor above you. Overall, it was a good trip."

"We had 4 people staying in the room. Knowing that most hotels have 2 towels in the room, we asked for more - 6 to be exact, so each traveler could have 2 towels each. He would only give us 3. We got to the room and It was so so in cleanliness - toilet, microwave and curtains. After showering, we opened up the pull out couch. Lo and behold, there was no bedding. I called down to the front desk and was told we had to go back down. When I got there, I was handed one sheet. I told him I need pillows, another sheet and a blanket. He told me laundry went home. I asked him again for bedding - nothing. I then asked him why didn't he tell me I needed bedding when I checked in. I got a blank stare. Another employee spoke up and said maybe he didn't know how many people were in the room. Ummm, yes he did, he gave us extra towels for the 4 of us. This employee went down and got us pillows, another sheet and a blanket. I again asked the first employee why he didn't tell me I needed bedding and again I got nothing but a blank stare. The customer service from him was atrocious!! I am staying in a hotel and have to make my own bed??? Unacceptable! Also, the fire door as propped open and light fixture wires are capped off and left hanging - Fire hazard??"

"The worst stay! The beds were so uncomfortable that you can actually hear and feel the springs. I was lucky to get any sleep at all considering I got there around 10:30pm and was up all day and driving forhours.The carpets were questionable. Water stains/hole on ceiling. The shower ceilings were sooo low that it was hard to take a proper shower. The only positive was the workers were friendly. They probably felt bad for the people that paid to stay at this hotel. I didn’t mention anything because thankfully it was not more than one night and I was so tired that I didn’t want to argue. I just wanted out!"

"This place is super outdated. The curtains had holes and water was dripping out. The towels are kids sizes and there were only two towels when we were 4 guests. I requested a non smoking room but the room I got smell like cigarettes. Only one channel works on the tv. The fridge is not secured so it shifts every time you open it. The queen beds are actually full size. The rug is super old. The coffee area at the lobby is “out of order”.This place needs a major update and Def not worth $150 per night! Won’t be back!"
