"they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"Staff were great breakfast and evening meals from fusion restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Next to the train station a short walk(10mins) to the central square Supermarket directly opposite. Rooms were very clean all air conditioned comfortable large beds. Didn’t use the mini bar as a lovely courtyard and lounge on the ground floor to sit in with waitress service."

"Very nice hotel in excellent area, breakfast was exceptional…not great if you are a light sleeper as there is a main road, tram lines & train tracks right outside so a bit noisy…. we had an evening flight but when we asked if there was a room for changing were only offered the toilets in the reception area which was disappointing .."

It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean equipped with all the amenities I needed. "Alloggio economico a poca distanza ddal centro. Zona sicurissima, come tutta cracovia devo ammettere. La struttura è davanti l'ICE, il bellissimo centro congressi. A poca distanza, sul rondò, molteplici fermate di tram e bus. Ma andare in centro a piedi è facile, dopo aver attravsersato il ponte già si è sotto al castello. la struttura è una chiatta, con diverse camerette da 4 letti (2 letti a castello) + bagno. Molto pulito l'ambiente e anche la biancheria. I letti sono corti, 180 cm, chi è più...

"Small no frills hotel. Immaculately clean and bedrooms very comfy. Excellent breakfast with good choice of hot and continental. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby . 15 mins walk into old town- 10 mins to castle and river."

"Weird place. On the water, I knew. It’s a bunch of houseboats, I learned. Nice rooms, 5 per houseboat, with an unfortunate twist: bed upstairs, everything else downstairs. Inconvenient if you have to get up in the middle of the night. A steep and narrow staircase connects. It’s hard to reach (cars can’t go there), over poorly maintained footpaths. Directly behind is a loud carnival. Breakfast is a coupon for a restaurant next to the carnival. Food is fine though."

"Very soft bed, not comfortable. I’ve ordered a double bed but it was more like two single beds joined together. Duvets kids size. No ironing facilities in the room, none were available via reception despite numerous requests."
