"Very comfortable and clean. Its a very new hostel and is decorated with Chinese styles. The bed felt great better than any hostel in Thailand. There are no free water bottles with the dorm. The water that is free is iffy at best. "
"Awesome appartment. Very well located, next to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Management ultra efficient and responsive. Very good servicing. Strongly recommend! "
"Spacious room. Friendly staff. Convenient location to ICONSIAM and ICS tower with lots of food stalls and shopping spots. Near to public transport with walking distance. Love the stay and will definitely come back for my next trip."
"Small B&B in a neighborhood in Bangkok but staff does goes above and beyond. Super clean, friendly staff, good set breakfast, and staff willing to do anything they can to help you. Only minor issue is you can hear everything from the streets in the bedroom. "
"This is such a beautiful spot in Bangkok…very traditional & the staff are amazing! Close to everything & away from the crazy night life of Bangkok…very quiet in the evenings. Would highly recommend! "

10/10 Excellent
"Everything is amazing. Essentially the hospitality was excellent."
"The check-in process was very quick and efficient, and I was happy to receive a room upgrade. They also fulfilled all my requests, such as a twin bed and a higher floor, which made my stay very satisfying. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the hotel, and the multiple swimming pools were excellent with great service. The staff were all very kind and helpful. In addition, when I had a small injury, the hotel immediately arranged medical assistance and treatment, which I really appreciated.

"I generally prefer hotels that tend to be artsy boutique and independent, for their uniqueness, romantic nature, seclusion, and attention to a theme and/or detail; this hotel surprised me in a favourable way. While it did remind me of an airport business class lounge with its zen like simple efficiency, relaxed service, neutral palette, and comfort, it went beyond that. What really shines about this hotel is the people who run it: the incredible staff without whom this hotel would be yet another corporate gray and brown chain. On this segment of my trip I had just come from southern Thailand where it is more the land of hot and angry, rather than bothered, wondering where the land of smiles was. Well, it is in this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind in a genuine way that was refreshing, even when, for my very limited breakfast choices, my vegan dietary demands were a bit difficult to please and I made an issue of an over-sugared chocolate children’s cereal not being even close to muesli or the soup bowl full of of soy milk being fit for a cat to lap up. Thank you Lady Wawa for your reception and great patience. I will keep in touch, though I probably would not stay here on my next visit; maybe in transit as I would like to collect on that offer of the massage, not because I did not like the hotel, it was very pleasant and I love the staff, but because on my semi annual trips to Bangkok I prefer to stay in different areas and often a new boutique type hotel....."
"Excellent river view in particular during the night time, the night scene is amazing. You could almost stay in the balcony to enjoy the night views of the river ."
"Fabulous luxury hotel with charm in a great location for accessing river taxis and the BTS, and with a shuttle service to IconSiam. Many good local dining options. Great service from all staff and room allocation exactly as we requested. Would not hesitate to return."
