"When we arrived to our room, it was way to hot and the air was not on. Took most of the night to finally cool down. Someone else's food was left in the fridge from a prior stay and when we wanted coffee in the a.m there was stagnant water that left a slimey residue."

"Our room was very run down. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked. The window cover was hard to figure out and the remote was in poor shape. It did not block the outside light effectively. I guess next time we will pay a little extra for a nicer room."
