I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter inch gap between the door and the door frame letting light and noise in. I thought the price was high and not a good value for our experience. Will never stay here again. There are too many other choices. The hotel was rated 8.6 and was a Best Western so I thought it would be OK. The room was clean. The breakfast OK. If you walk to Russo's pizza from the hotel, the sidewalk ends before you get there and you have to walk across a busy divided intersection So not very walkable.

I could see ocean from my room, but a bit far away. Out door Pool looks inviting Staffs was very helpful and friedly Breakfast was good and enough I appreciated the 24 hours coffee ,yogurt and cereal was available on the main lobby

Description of the room was completely wrong. Romantic idea ruined. Worst night sleep woke up with back pain as if I slept on a cot. Definitely not worth the price paid. Everything was still a drive away.

The hotel is in need of repair. The staff, while friendly, was also kind of a mess. The cable tv wouldn’t work. Called the front desk multiple times, no response. Went to the front desk and the attendant came to the room. She spent at least thirty minutes trying to fix it. Finally, maintenance was called. That debacle lasted at least another hour. He would leave the room to go to others, then freely walk back into the room. No knock, just came and went. Was given the option to change rooms and we accepted. The room key was to be delivered. Waited another thirty minutes and no show. Went back to the front desk to finally get a key. The entire issue was more than two hours, which to me, was unacceptable. Again, staff was kind but extremely disorganized and for the price, room was subpar.

The staff was good. Best Western has allowed this room to be in a dirty condition. The carpet is awful and there are piles of “whatever” under the carpet causing walking to be unsafe.The television was not working most of our stay… we were very disappointed.

The lobby was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Our room, however, was quite a different story. It had a horrible smell, the carpet was old and grimy, and the bathroom was in dire need of upgrading. They offer free cruise parking, but I am sure I could have stayed in a nicer place and paid for parking for less than I paid for my room for one night. Additionally, there are cars everywhere on Saturday nights, which made me wonder what would happen in an emergency. There was nowhere for emergency vehicles to park. I will not stay here again.

Why and how is this hotel rated so high on Expedia?? It's a dump. I am embarrassed I booked here and had to apologize to my family multiple times for taking the Expedia reviews seriously. Firstly, they allow long term cruise parking so there is no parking for guests; we had to park on the Seawall which is not the hotel parking lot. The interior was run down. This place needs a major renovation. The entire gym was closed. The walls were so thin that we heard the conversations of the guests next door and heavy footsteps and loud noises from upstairs literally all night. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The refrigerator didn't work. The furniture was chipped and cracked. The "pull out sofa" mattress was no longer a mattress, just springs. Awful. The most bizarre thing was the floor underneath the carpet in the room; there are weird huge bumps in the flooring underneath the carpet. It's like walking in a funhouse. The only positive thing about our stay was the front desk manager Renee; she was kind and helpful and cheerful.

The place was very clean and nice right on seawall! Them offering cruise parking was a plus! It is first come first serve though so if you are planning to use them for cruise parking I would recommend getting there sooner! But the staff was very nice and answered any questions we had! Definitely will be staying here again!

Las habitaciones, aunque ya son viejitas, las mantienen en buen estado y con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable.
