The location, size, and price were awesome for our family. The washer and dryer left alot to be desired. As a party of 7 who had been on the road for 2 days, I just wanted to wash clothes before we got on a ship for 7 days. My daughter's had to take turns throughout the night to get the loads washed and dried.

I drove up late in the evening and there were two drunk individuals blocking my entrance to the property (the apartment is across the street from a bar). They were fighting and we could not gain access. We had to go get a hotel. The manager refused to give us a refund for not staying there because we're didn't stop to take pictures. I would not ever recommend this place as it's unsafe.

Little bit of a walk to the beach but it was safe And fun to walk past the locals house’s they were all friendly and helped with directions. The Apartment was clean and plenty of space for 8 people. We will be renting the apartment for a family vacation!!!

Great place in Galveston for a large family

This apartment was great for my family. Gated in back yard with plenty of room. Cute property with a great price. We are definitely coming back for our next cruise. The owner was great.

We loved this property! Close enough to the beach you could set in the balcony and hear the ocean. Kinds of excluded from the public so it was private and peaceful. The follow neighbors were super nice. House was clean and cozy. We will definitely be back, thank you for sharing your home with us.

It was hard to locate the unit. It was behind a gate that only had #1 listed on it. We found another tenant who pointed us to the unit. The handrail up to the unit is not stable. The surrounding area looked like a dumping ground for anything unwanted. Inside the unit, it was clean and well maintained. The password for the WiFi in the welcome notebook was incorrect, but the email notification had the correct password. We did walk to the beach and it was an easy walk and there are a few restaurants in walking distance as well.

The unit had everything we needed to use the kitchen appliances and make food. Very clean inside and perfect amount of room to sleep 8 people. Walking to the beach was easy. Parking was really the only issues. Definitely don’t take two cars.

It was a very clean property. It would've been easier to get to if the instructions next time were made clearer that you have to go through the shared backyard in order to access the front door. It made finding the property a little confusing at first.

Kitchen drawers and cabinets had roach and mouse poop in them. Roaches in the kitchen. What is the point of supplying eating and cooking utensils if they have feces on them?

The place was not what it looked like online. There were roaches and ants. The towels were not clean. I’m glad we brought our own. We couldn’t make coffee. ( Kuerig) didn’t work. I will say that the neighbors across the street were VERY friendly. We were close to the beach and my grandkids enjoyed that. I would ask for a partial refund if I thought I would get it.
