"The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was nice, and the amenities met my expectations. Unfortunately, the staff was the biggest disappointment. They were not very welcoming or helpful, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. While I enjoyed the hotel overall, I hope management focuses on improving the guest experience through better staff training. With friendlier service, this would have been an excellent stay."

"room was not clean entirely. Staff was not helpful with anything. Ask them to clean the room next day, they said that they can't because we didn't notify them. Request them to give proper room as we have booked like the front view of the ocean, they said they couldn't do it and said you didn't pick the right room and gave us the side balcony view. I normally don't do reviews but no courtesy from the staff. Outdoor pool was not even cleaned regularly."

"The Seabreeze is modern with very clean and spacious rooms and restrooms, excellent location that is walking distance to the Seawall and Pleasure Pier, and has very friendly staff. The water pressure in the shower could be improved and the breakfast is just ok."
