Never ever again pictures does no justice!!! We had to go to Walmart and buy new sheets, blankets, pillows, rugs expense we weren’t counting on! N the smell in the room was awful! Just DIRTY! The only good thing about it was it was right in front of the beach! We got two nights had to leave after the first night I couldn’t take it any longer I didn’t even want to try the free breakfast we went to IHOP! Good luck staying there! Not worth the money!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Wyndham, if you are comfortable with this hotel operating under your brand, you should be ashamed. This property does not reflect the standards I have come to expect from your other hotels. The room was in terrible condition. The mattress had a hole in it, each bed only had two pillows, and there was only a sheet on the bed—no blanket or comforter. The bathroom was stocked with only two bath towels and had no hand towels or washcloths. When I requested additional towels, I was only given two more bath towels. The room was dusty, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotting, and the shower only had a shampoo/conditioner combination with no body wash. The shower fixture was held together with tape, and water leaked from the side, soaking the bathroom floor after every use. We also noticed bugs in the room at night. The pool was murky and green, making it look unclean and unsafe. Breakfast was very limited, with only two waffle makers, two cereal choices, and a few bread options. At one point, a family of five was using the waffle makers while everyone else had to wait because there were no other hot food choices. Overall, it felt like management was cutting corners to save money. Between the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and disappointing breakfast, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend staying here.

Id like to start off by saying the property looks like crap compared to the online pics. The property is not taken care of and the pool is green all the time , there are only sheets on the bed , the blankets are in the closet and they are thin. They do not clean your room and u must return towels or sheets to get new ones at the front desk. There were only two towels and thats it. No wash rags stepping towels . The rooms are clean I will say that. Customer service sux. There is a $15 parking fee per night that was not disclosed to us. We couldn't even park in the parking lot it was to full. We heard customer after customer go in and complain and everyone was met with rude staff. , definitely not worth the money!!

we have room 335 (2 nights) mold at walls, flys everywhere, we ask for other room, i have ashtma, and is no one available...really bad... room 240 (1 night) a/c dont work, sheets has spots, look like they dont change it and flys too...pool is dirty, no good to swim...and parking is not free, they charge $ 15 per night... For $ 280 at night, we can get better hotrl next time.

Fue la peor experiencia que tuvimos en ese hotel hicimos reservación por dos noches cuando llegamos al hotel la avitación tenía un olor terrible empezamos a revisar y las paredes estaban negras de humedad y hongos y no los podíamos quedar en esa aviación fuimos a la recepción a decir que esa aviación esta en pésimas condiciones los ofrecieron otra avitación pero estaban iguales octamos por cancelar buscar otro hotel gracias a Dios que encontramos otro lugar pero ellos los cobraron las dos noches y nunca los reembolsaron el dinero no devolvieron el dinero prácticamente los robaron el dinero. No lo recomiendo

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Hands down the worst. NOTHING Worked, the pool was green, the outdoor shower did not work. There were no blankets on the beds. We were given 2 towels and told to take our dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange for more (there were three of us) no hand towels, no soap. Our toilet was clogged when we got there, the phones didn’t work so I went down to the front to let them know. They told me to come back in 10-15 minutes and they would loan me a plunger. One night the people next to us, tried to get into our room in the middle of the night through the shared door. Our aide was locked and they started banging on it. We got no cell service and the phones in the room didn’t work so I had to pray and move the desk in front of the door. I took my daughter down to the “breakfast” hoping to get some juice and there was something green growing in the water dispenser so I made me pour the juice out. I will never stay in another Wyndham or Wingate. Do better,Expedia. This place should be shut down.

I rarely leave reviews, but do read them. When I booked this "wyndham property" I didn't think there was any reason to need to look at reviews. I booked a non-ref rate and then looked at reviews a few days before we left, looking for photos of the layout of our 'executive suite'. The reviews were terrifying, but it was non refundable so we packed pillows, sheets, blankets, towels and washcloths and prepared for the worse. At checkin the lobby was cool and clean, the location was fantastic. We received suite 240 and it was spacious and mostly clean. Some rust and such, but nothing concerning. The room was warm, but AC was set on 85 so we turned it to 72 and left for the evening. We came back after 11 pm to find the room didn't cool and never got below 77 degrees. I tried to take a shower only to find there was absolutely NO hot water. We only had one towel, but we had our own, and no one else wanted a cold shower anyways. The pool was unusable, which sucks when it's 100 degrees outside and salt water is your only option, but luckily had family at another hotel down the road. Breakfast was ok, basic waffles and cereal. We didn't eat here. I would NOT book again. You need AC and a way to cool off AND to clean off after a day at the beach/pier. Don't stay here.

I thought the Wyndham hotels were a nicer hotel chain but this was definitely an old rundown Hotel. Two star not three star. Second Wyndham hotel I’ve stayed at where the phone in the room does not work. No way to reach the front desk when you need something and they didn’t answer the phone when I called from my cell phone either. Don’t miss the note where they charge for parking.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. Please DO NOT stay here. There was mold throughout the entire room. The shower curtain was half black because of how much mold was on it. The pool was bright green. I wasn’t given any towels whatsoever for showering. And to make it worse when I brought it up to the front desk I was told “if you don’t like it you can leave”. Who says that? I was told I would get towels and a new shower curtain. Never came. There were no managers. Not even new staff it was the same 2 guys the entire 2 night stay. The “breakfast” was absolute garbage. And they don’t answer any phone calls so getting a refund through Expedia is not possible apparently. So please do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else! This hotel should honestly be condemned.

The room condition was really bad. Sheets were thinning in areas , no mattress pad, paint coming off with active leak above bed. NEVER AGAIN STAYING HERE!!! 1. The pool was green! They obviously don’t do the proper maintenance bc it stays green ( I’m not the only one complaining about it) 2. Bedroom had mold on top of the wall 3. The tv was so old that from the top of the screen it was glitching ( I even had to take he remote to get changed bc it didn’t work) 4. The curtain inside the shower smelled bad , it smelled super musty as soon as you walked in the restroom. 5. Even the walls in the restroom were dirty it looked like smeared poop. 6. The room didn’t even have towels 7.I tried to talk to the staff . he said manger wasn’t there , he gave me his # , manger never answered of course . Horrible experience overall , don’t stay here . Save your money and go somewhere else .

It was not even as nice as a Motel 6. Rooms were small. The beds were made up but they didn't change the sheets. Blood spots and semen rings. And they tried to drop off new sheets expecting me to change them. The outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach was broken. The pool was green. The only good about the hotel was it's location. Right across the street from the beach at a crosswalk.

The hotel was very dirty and so was the restroom. The chair in the room had stains on it. Also we went back because our daughter left her pillow the man at the front desk let us do check and it wasn’t there and he claimed that they just cleaned it when we check out yesterday early morning. The floors of the room were very dusty and not blankets to cover our self’s just sheets.

Wasn’t much to like other than its accross from the beach. Your breakfast choices are waffles, apples toast or cereal. If your tv doesn’t work they come in and play with the wires in the back. If they can’t fix it they say it worked yesterday and leave. If the volume doesn’t work they tell you to turn it off and then turn it back on and adjust it real quick. If you have half the tv black and you can’t see the picture they do nothing to fix it’. Plastic ice bags were in the pool the whole 3 days I was there along with other trash. Shower curtain and counter tops had rust stains that dripped on your stuff from the metal thing in the ceiling. Room ceiling looked like the tub or something from the room above had leaked bc the ceiling and walls had water damage to them. If you want to park in your car in the no tell motel parking lot it cost you an extra $15 a day. If you get there early and want to use the lobby restroom they tell you that they don’t have a restroom in the lobby. Even though there is a door with restroom signs. But they are locked. If this has a way to upload pictures I’d add those so you see what you might get when you arrive. Also while there you don’t get a maid service, so you have to use the same towels and wash cloths from the day you arrive and until you leave. So if you go to the beach prepare to have inches of sand on everything and feel like your sleeping on the beach in your bed. Bc the sand on the floor goes where your feet go for days. No broom!
