Room was is such a bad state! Dead bugs, ring around the tub and horrible soundproofing. I think a herd of elephants were partying all night above me. The bedding looked so bad that I slept on top of it and covered with a blanket that I brought, thank goodness! I’m pretty good with staying at 1-2 star places, just need a cot & a crapper but this lowered the bar and I will not stay here again!

Very unclean, Floor felt like it has never seen a mop. smoke detector was taken down, the fitted sheet they put on bare mattress was full instead of queen and would not stay on. Sheet had holes in it. The drapes were hanging off the hooks. Tv and remotes were filthy. Room smelled like smoke even though non smoking room. This place is very run down.

El hotel es horrible, sumamente sucio, descuidado. Jamás recomendaría a nadie quedarse ahí. El personal grosero. Si se pudiera dar cero estrellas se las daría.

Horribly unclean. Never staying there again. Smell of smoking in non smoking rooms. Stained towels, bedsheets, unclean toilets. Fridge and AC leaking water, no housekeeping. Expedia knows i have Always stayed at budget motels but never had such a horrible experience.

The room wasn’t attended to at all. I understand the hotel is on an island but sand should be removed from the beds before guests arrive. No new towels or toiletries.

This place's conditions are terrible, and un healty, bed sheets with holes, spots and HAIR, we asked a new set of sheets, and they came looking the same, dirtly and hair. Bathroom was so dirtly we had to clean it to feel safe to use it. None of the pictures are acurate to this hotel, eveyone that stayed this weekend shared the same experience. DOT NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Its need to be inspected by authorities

The room was very disappointing. It did not match the pictures. The sheets were dirty, and the room smelled like tobacco. In addition, the hostess was obviously from another country and came off as being rude, most likely different customs.

This property was awful. The toilet didn’t flush, the lock on the door was broken. It was run down and dirty. I’ll never stay here again.

No the a/c didn't work very good. We booked the room on expedia never told us there was a $50 deposit. Bugs in the room. Dirtiest place i have a stayed in. Don't stay here. We just called about getting deposit back he said 5-7 days but thats not what he said in the office. DONT STAY HERE!!!

I am completely ok with a hotel that is older and worn. I am not ok with unclean. The floors were filthy. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets did not fit well, so were coming off. The bedspread was stained and dirty. The staff who checked us in was polite and businesslike. I have no conplaints there. There were two of us staying there. There were two bath towels, one washrag, one hand towel, and no bath mat. We are in Galveston regularly, but will not be staying with this hotel again.

I didn’t stay there! I can send you pictures of the poop on the wall, blood on the floor, but I didn’t take any pictures of the dried pee on the toilet seat. They tried showing me another room, but as soon as he opened the door, it smelled like someone had just finished smoking.

Double room but only one towel and wash cloth. No ice machine, tv barely worked. Stayed two nights and never saw housekeeping attend the room. AC worked but was very noisy

It is a cheaper motel and an old motel so must keep this in mind as to what you will expect. Room was clean and the mattresses cheap, yet not too firm. Quite understandable about the damage security deposit upon check in since the previous person that stayed apparently punched a hole in the shower, not an easy fix. The motel was very quiet and I slept quite well. The motel room served its purpose for me.

I took one step inside my room and it smelled like someone had been chain smoking cigars. The lobby had obviously just been fumigated. The parking lot was full of potholes. They charge you per day for your dogs so if you have more than one it’s gonna get pricey. Plus a $50 security deposit. It was so stinky in the room I didn’t stay. And I couldn’t get a refund so thanks oyo! It was a great time! Not!

Oh my. The pictures do not represent the location current status. It is extremely run down and disgusting. Not worth the price I paid, not worth staying even if its the last hotel available. I was so disappointed, unsafe, uncomfortable, (the bed was low key comfortable), but uncomfortable on the way i felt in the room. Curtains all dirty and disgusting. Poorly cleaned. There was empty toilet paper rolls. The doors were destroyed and the bathroom door did not even close. I felt embarrassed to had my family stay there. I'm unsure how this is still in business, and unsure why it is part of Expedia. To top it all off, the lady in the morning was completely rude and unfriendly, (and no I didnt even complained or said anything to her). The night person, was not there when we arrived but was an absolute sweetheart! He was kind and nice. But the lady in the morning the complete opposite.
