"Right on the beach and away from the more tourist area of Galveston. Very nice pool area and hot tub. Quiet and ample parking. Staff reached out to check in on us throughout our stay and made us feel like valued customers."

"First of all, the staff is amazing. We came back from a cruise and arrived to the hotel around 9am and they worked diligently to get us into a room. The grounds are beautiful with palm trees, and the beach is a very short walk across the street. But the rooms are not great. There is black mold everywhere. The surfaces in the rooms were wet and I believe it was from the AC unit. Also, do NOT pay extra for a beach view or pool view, we got whatever was available both times that we checked in. The...

"A TRUE beach hotel, in ambience, location and amenities! The only flaw ( which adds to the ambience) is no elevators, etc. Got to be able to do them stairs here! Would come again . . .says it all!"

"I have not recieved my deposit back on my room. I can not get ahold of anyone and no one will return my calls or emails. It wasn't worth 500.00 for the room either or 10.00 a day for parking. If I was to take another vacation I'd stay somewhere else."

"This place very dirty.. The chairs are very dirty on the balcony. I had to buy Lysol to clean them. There was lot of hair on the towels. Also found someone hair clip and food on the dinner tray.The pool chlorine was unbearable and extremely dirty tissue on the floor and trash and broken window. I was there the first day we were there and when we left .We stood there for two nigh stay. Don’t stay here very filthy"

"Do not stay here worst experience ever ac in room was not working after booking two rooms in which both TVs did not work after the front desk argued with me about the AC they reluctantly move me to another room where the TV also did not work. They have people in the hallway, smoking substance and people playing dice games outside very unsafe. Property left the same day property still refusing to give me a refund as of now I have complained with Wyndham and with Expedia and I am waiting to see...
