The bar and wait staff on the 9th floor lounge and the main floor bar treat the patrons with blatant disregard. We arrived late in the evening around 9:15 and went to the 9th floor lounge around 9:30 and were told they closed in 15 minutes so no food service. Then we went to the main floor bar where we learned there is no wait staff, which is fine but where to stand at...

"The staff attempted to help me, were kind and as far as I know did what they could. After 3 days of reporting and dealing with the AC making awful noises I finally got sleep the fourth night after the AC was finally replaced."

"Staff was amazing! Can park there to get on cruise ship. Unfortunately no restaurant or bar in hotel but a lot of options very close by. Also had breakfast included in the morning and it was pretty good for free hotel breakfast."

"The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfy and there were black out shades that were amazing. Balcony had a view of the ocean although there were several powerlines in that view. We still Conveniently located to Pleasure Pier. The only issues we had was that parking was scarce and they are stingy with the towels. We had 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our visit with no washcloths."

"Kind of disappointing — they had workers out there building what looked like a new attraction for the park, and we couldn’t rest properly because of all the noise early in the morning. Our room was right in front of the construction zone, so it made it even harder. But overall, the hotel experience was good."
