"It was a little challenging navigating to the lobby for chck in while dark outside but once we were there the desk agents were helfpful, kind and courteous. Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was adequate. There was waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage to name a few. FYI, for any one going on a cruise this hotel offers reasonable cruise parking options. "

"We got the highest room on 8th floor after making the request. Hispanic man at front desk was very helpful and kind and called when room was ready. The hotel has been recently updated and is really nice. I loved our room. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. We were there Monday thru wed so can’t imagine the wait on the weekends. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Unfortunately this is a very kid friendly hotel and I usually stay away from this hotel because of this but San Louis...

"This hotel was in the perfect spot for us. Walk to the beach, store, restaurants. The room was nice and clean and that really matters to me. I liked that there was a fence all along the side street. The birds in the trees around the pool were WONDERFUL to listen to, made us feel like we were in a tropical jungle, it was very nice. The place was quiet and everyone friendly. I would choose to stay here again. "
