"Stayed 3 nights, and our room was only cleaned one time…even after requesting housekeeping service. Our soaps and shampoo were empty on arrival and never refilled. For $500 a night, the room was in need of updating. Very dark at night due to lack of lighting. Bathroom door had serious water damage. ..."
