"The breakfast buffet is a new addition and a was the perfect blend of caring service and buffet flexibility. Mr. E in the restaurant was friendly and very attentive. Everyone at the front desk also were excellent at their jobs — I was so grateful for a level of customer service at this hotel that’s hard to come by these days.

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse.
