"Breakfast was good and staff were good. I wish there are bottled waters available in the room especially on the first day. vending machine was not working at the time."

"The hotel was under renovation when we arrived and we were only told about the pool being down , got in trouble for using the main doors when the “alternate entrance “ wasn’t clearly visible. Proceeded to our room and wasn’t very nice either , random stains all over the blankets and the room had an odd smell. When mentioning my concerns with the front desk staff I was just told that’s “just how it is”. I wished I had picked another hotel the whole time staying here."

"On the last night a water main broke no water for 20hrs however they refunded the one night when it broke Staff was friendly Breakfast is included"

"Wonderful up to date and comfortable room close to airport( 8 mins) with free shuttle. Free breakfast, if you don’t want they give you two free alcoholic drinks at bar. Wonderful rooftop area with two hot tubs (large)."

"Clean and comfortable. Communucation was clear as well as instructions. 10 min easy level walk to LRT/train station to access different parts of Calgary. Excellent overall."

"Hotel was ok and very convenient However, like all NA hotels, the breakfast was nothing like hotels in Europe! The usual plain options but no healthy food choices like fruit, etc. Come on NA hotels get with it..."

"Magnificently clean; delicious breakfast; awesome, friendly & attentive staff esp the breakfast people - Antonette, Venice & Lian! Great location too. I highly recommend and will surely book again once I’m in the area."
