"Came to the hotel at 10:30 at night only to be told our reservation was canceled. That was not done on our end. Then was told a different story that our rooms were canceled because of a maintenance problem. Absolutely no help in finding us alternate lodging. We were also told that a cancellation notice was sent to us. Again, not true. Never received. Orbitz and this Sonesta owe me an explanation and should make this right with some sort of compensation. "

"The room looked nothing like the picture. It was small. & one of the beds was pushed up against the a/c fan unit."

"It was easy to find right off I65 and in a very safe and clean area with a few restaurants near by. Bed was a little firmer than I like but room was nice and clean."

"Check in was good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and I have no complaints except..... the bed was too hard for my liking. However.... I have a pillow stop memory foam on my bed at home so there's that. I would definitely recommend anybody stay here."

Refund is in progress. 1) Sticky floors throughout my room; 2) Mold on ceiling in my room; 3) Sheets had stains; 4) Elevator inspection certificate nearly a year expired; 5) Shower head was at my shoulders (I'm 5'10 lol). I'm fine with an older property and don't exactly ask for luxury when traveling for work, but this place didn't even meet the bare minimum."
