"Had a kitchenette but no cookware, dingware or silverware. No ice machine. No type of breakfast at all. Had a double bed room but one towel. When asked about getting just two more towels was told there was none. Advertised that there was daily housekeeping but that did not happen. Spent the whole day the hospital came back no clean towels, no housekeeping was done at all. Went to front desk to ask for towels was told there was none and that if I wanted towels I would need to bring my current towel done and turn them in to get clean towels. "

"Parking was good having a kitchen in my room was great. They had fresh brew coffee every morning. I stayed there for 21 days and my only complaint was housekeeping schedule. When we checked in, we were supposed to have Housekeeping every four days. On day 4 they came timely and did a nice job on day 8 they did not come so we had to call and they came on day 9 on day 13 I called to confirm we were on the schedule & I was told we’d be “squeezed”in. So on day 17 I called to confirm they would come on day 18and they said they’d “squeeze me inwhich I was not happy about. So they came on day 18 and a very incomplete job. They cleaned the bathroom but did not empty my kitchen trash or kitchen counters. Beds were not snugly made. On day "

"It was just ok. Maintenance of the shower was interesting with a long screw hanging out of the handle and an unsecured handle plate. Sheets had stains and the beds were queen on top of full frames. Once you got the mattress in the right spot it made things a bit more stable. Over all cleanliness was just mediocre. Visible dirt and debris on the floor. If we didn't need the room for the night or had other options we would not have stayed. "
