"The don’t have air conditioning or working WiFi. Their sc is set to 25 C or 77 degrees. You cannot adjust and it’s an old unit in the wall. Furthermore they lied and said no one in nice has ac below 25 c. We went to other hotels in area and they said not true and also met other travelers in nice that said they had working ac. "Our room smelled like smoke - even though it was non smoking room. They offered to move us in the morning but it was a short trip Ac was great , staff was mostly responsive The shower was backing up , asked them to look into it nothing happened . Charging ports next to bed were not working , not fixed Room was spacious, great view , very convenient location This hotel can be much better with more upkeep The rooms were very clear and comfortable"

"Great location for Train/Buss connections and a short walk to the main shopping street and the Promenade. Rooms were basic but clean, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor pool was in a nice Oasis garden setting. A great place to cool off after a day of walking/sightseeing.
