"Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. I think the hotel challenged the toilet paper company to give them the thinnest t.p. in the world. You're definitely not saving money with the amount of t.p. that is needed because it's...

"Here for a wedding in Central Park. Great location for that. The couple getting married requested we stay here. I love boutique hotels but this one was lacking many of the amenities you’d expect for a boutique hotel. Too many to list. There are other hotels near the location that I wish we had considered instead."

"No to both. We were given a voucher that only allowed us to get a coffee and one type of pastry, although they had many others available. It was like being on a welfare line. For a high end hotel charging five hundred dollars a night, that is unacceptable. When we made the reservation, they said you get a continental breakfast for free. What we got was far from that."
