"Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."

"A charming hotel in a great area of Chicago! We wanted something further out from downtown with more of a neighborhood feel couldn’t have been happier with Bucktown/Wicker Park and The Robey. From check in to check out, it was the most pleasant experience. It was 90+ degrees in Chicago during our stay and the rooftop pool was a lifesaver. "This place was very different and unique; a true B&B experience. Parking was difficult, but once we got our spot we used public transportation everywhere. The nearest bus stop and train station are a ten minute walk. After we got our room we were given a tour of the property and told of all the amenities available to us (of which there were several)."

"Mistakenly made reservations for the wrong night and the company would not allow me to reschedule or cancel the booking. The property manager never even contacted me personally nor was I able to speak to any staff for a solution. The booking was accidentally made, and there was ample amount of time to find a solution, but I never heard from them."
