"VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. "

"The first impression was our check in, she made sure to let us know upgrade options, which, to our delight, were affordable and turned out great, loved our river front view and space! King suite. Staff informed me with a shrug that there was nothing that could be done. Later I was informed that “ice could have been arranged” by reception.
