"Overall this was an ok hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The price was affordable. I will say the breakfast I felt was a little limited for the cost associated with it but it was fresh and good. The room we had the water closet was honestly incredibly small and as someone 6’4” it was difficult with the door closed. They did limit the heat and area conditioning so rooms were a bit stuffy. Location was about 2 longer blocks away from main shops and restaurant area and very short walk to the train station. But in a safe area. Hallways were a bit dark. If you are on a budget and looking to use Toulouse as a base camp to travel to different locations in the area I would say this is a great spot otherwise you many want to expand your search on other options. "
"Hotel is in a quiet area. A side street a minutes walk away from Jean D’Arc bus terminal. It’s in the City centre but you wouldn’t think it. Close also to a metro station and main attractions are walkable. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. Reasonably priced too."
"Check in was painless. The hotel is right on the main square in Toulouse. All the Team members were polite and efficient. Breakfast was very busy and someone took my chair away while I was at the buffet, however that was not the fault of the team. At breakfast all the team were so busy, yet they all worked well together and were extremely polite when asked a question. Checking out we were again greeted with a busy but very polite and efficient team member. One thing I would note to the hotel and it is really petty, but, was noticeable to us, was in room 112, due to the Tea/Coffee shelf the door handle into the bathroom is fiddly. Maybe it was our hoof hands and I am willing to accept that it may just have been us. ***RECOMMENDED*** for a stay in the centre of Toulouse!"
"Unfortunately there was no bar or food for hotel guests available due to a private function the hotel was providing elsewhere. This was disappointing considering hotel cost and also the approach the restaurant staff explaining to hotel guests. "
"Small kitchen in room but no tea coffee etc so get your own. Microwave, oven and hob as well as a fridge. Comfy bed. Small breakfast room with limited cold breakfast is available."
"L’hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.
L’accueil cependant à l’arrivée était glacial et expéditif. Je me suis présentée et j’ai eu droit à « bonjour, 140€ pas de petit déjeuner » et un TPE tendu pour payer, on m’a laissé aller dans la mauvaise direction pour trouver ma chambre. Bref, pour cette unique raison, je ne reviendrai pas. "
"The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Toulouse. I arrived on an early morning flight and the staff were very kind and got my room ready early for which I was very grateful."
