"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time.
When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either.
A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

"Excellent staff, very attentive. Very clean. The beds were not as big as id prefer and the mattresses werent very comfortable. The $55/night parking fee should be disclosed upfront, as there is not another option."

"Honestly this was one of the NICEST hotels I’ve stayed at! Complimentary drinks were waiting in the room. We had a king bed with a big size living area. The breakfast place next door is wonderful! Seriously this place is incredible for the price!!!!"

"We got a message less than 24hrs before we were supposed to arrive saying that our room wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. They had to rebook us their sister hotel but i was the one that had to keep following up with them. We didn’t even stay here but the communication could’ve been better. I highly recommend Floyd at Coda on Half for helping us secure our reservation at their hotel"

"The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and provided good customer service.
However, the property did not fully match the description and photos on Expedia. Some of the advertised features and overall expectations were different from what we experienced. I believe the listing should be updated to accurately reflect the property so guests can make informed decisions.

"La habitación estaba muy bien, la regadera tenía algunas marchitas de moho, pero de lo demás excelente, sería bueno que tuvieran una máquina de hielo. En recepción fueron muy amables y permitieron dejar maletas dos horas más del check out, la ubicación increíble!!!,"
