"Multiple faults located in my room which photographic evidence has been obtained cleaning should have been much better than what I found the room in I had to be moved into another room on another level there was constant knocking and banging from fellow neighbours totally disgusting and disgraceful I will not be booking with you again "

"Nice budget hotel located within easy walking distance of Terminal 2. Staff were friendly, room although basic was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay for a few hours sleep after a late flight. For the price I paid I was very happy :-)"

"The location and facilities for an overnight pre-flight stay, especially from T2, are excellent. Sadly, you are a captive audience so dining provision is expensive and mediocre. We did not have breakfast and dinner could have been better - small portion of overcooked chicken on a flatbread with garnishes £19! "
