Hotel dekat Gas House Basin

"Room was fairly clean if a little run down. Bed was not the most comfortable and the slightest movement resulted in creaking. I would come with earplugs as plumbing is loud and walls are thin in older buildings. It was hard to get in touch with staff (three missed calls without a call back the day before checkin), but we booked through a third party site and direct booking would probably have been better in terms of communication. Although, even in person it was abrupt while the front desk was...

"10/10 hotel stay. Clean and comfortable"

"Needs water fountain"

"I"

"I rated Comfort Inn 4 out of 5. The main issue during our stay was the airport shuttle service. We had difficulty locating the pickup area at Boston Logan Airport and called the hotel twice for assistance. We were instructed to wait at a specific location, but no shuttle arrived, even after waiting for over an hour. For an airport hotel, reliable transportation and clear pickup instructions are particularly important, especially for travelers arriving after a long flight. The hotel should...

"My stay was from Thursday to Tuesday during which there was no housekeeping done. No one offered extra towels nor toilet paper!"

"Super Lage"

"Overall a good value in Danvers. The location was good, about 15 minutes away, which was fine for us, given that the hotels in Salem town were three and four times more. The room was very clean in some areas, and dusty in others, such as the corners. I saw dust bunnies. Also, the caulking in the bathroom and the paint job in the edges was left unfinished. It was obvious. The colors of soothing lavender and white were nice, but attention to the painting, caulking and the chipped tile to the left...

"Everything was great. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"My brother and I stayed for a 4 night stay and we were super impressed with how clean the hotel was but also how on top of everything housekeeping was. They made our beds everyday, replaced towels, took out trashes, and paid great detail to ensuring we’d return to a comfortable room at the end of each day. The front desk was also super helpful and informative. My brother did say breakfast eggs were cold one morning but not sure if he brought it up to the staff. The beds and pillows were also...

"Clean, friendly staff, very close to subway and right at the beach."
