"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement...

"We flew into Seattle on a Thursday for a Friday cruise departure. Was extremely difficult to find a reasonably priced room near the port. BUT it was FIFA World Cup and the night we stayed there, USA was playing, so the city was a bit crazy and the hotel was packed. Even then, the staff was efficient and friendly getting us into the room early - at no extra fee. Hotel was clean. May be small but I appreciated the ice machine offering cubed ice only, just water only, and both. Great location!!"

"First time staying here and we loved it. An apartment type hotel that has so many amenities. From gym, 3 pools, jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, game room bbq area, and the location was great. We were walking distance to Whole Foods and other great stores. We will definitely come back to this place when we visit Seattle . The reception desk staff were very helpful and very nice."

"We really like the motel. The location is very good close to bars, restaurants, parks and downtown Seattle. With very easy access to the main roads. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. For sure we will come back."
