Room decor so pleasant, renovations done top notch. Liked the adjacent parking lot. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again."

"The staff were very accommodating to let me check into our room early, which was a huge help after arriving off of the Amtrak in the morning. The room was immaculate, the whole area felt very safe, and the amenities were top notch. Will definitely come back and be recommending it to anyone I know travelling to downtown Minneapolis. The cherry on top was we ended up with a room that had a perfect view of Target Field!"

"Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk...

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly but left you alone. The on site restaurant is fantastic. The chef really cares about the quality and price of there food. He went out of his way to make sure it was the best. The bar and there staff made you feel very welcome. They treated you like it was your local pub and recommended a lot of great attractions with waking distance. It would be nice if the hotel had a spa like amenity. No hot tub or sauna. "I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better."

"When we checked in there was maintenance in our room spackling the walls. The air also did not work and when called down to ask about it the front desk lady said there was nothing they could do about it and hung up on me. "
