Cari Kapal Pesiar di Gatlinburg

"Loving the wood floor. most of hotels I've stayed used carpet, which is not friendly to allergic people, and besides, wood floor can be better cleaned up than carpet floor. Bed is bigger than I expected, some hotels say queen size but actually felt like double size, this hotel has the true queen size bed, pillow are comfortable as well. Bathroom: love the rain shower, plenty of counter space, towels are big and thick but slightly harsh instead of soft, shampoo and body wash smell ok. ac/heating:...

"Good parking clean room hot showers and great staff"

"Good area next to happening place. All the sites can be visited by walking"

"I arrived at night and very quiet location. The parking lot was well lit, as well as the outside entrance. Room and bath room was sparkling clean. Beds were clean & fresh, as well remade on the following nights. Breakfast had many choices between hot and cold. Just a lttle disappointed they didn’t have Special K for breakfast. Great location for walking to the Convention Center and downtown."

"I liked the balcony view to the river , I think is great to go to the balcony and relax."

"The night manager was very helpful and helped me and my friend fine our room when we got lost. Made sure we didnt have food left in the car very helpful"

"We were very pleased with this property. The location and parking were the best features. I have never been to Gatlinburg and my husband and I wanted to see the fall colors. We were literally across the street from Anakeesta. It is an older property and there were a few qwerks such as a flickering bathroom light, no towel rack and a bathroom door that they used a trash can to prop open. Didn’t have time to address the light and we just but it was a clean room and had everything we needed. We did...

"Everything was super nice.."

"The room had was a king size bed that had a balcony that opened right against the Brooke was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff was so kind and very helpful with any questions that we had. The fact that the trolley stopped right at the hotel was such a huge benefit! And the drivers were so kind also, we can’t wait to come back next time:)"

"The room was tucked in a corner, so we had a little difficulty finding it. There was a smell in the room, like cat urine that seemed to be coming out of the air conditioner unit. This was very unpleasant! We didn't try to partake of the breakfast, because we just wanted to get out of there."

"Ants, plaster falling out around shower, dog next room barking all night, was there 4 days and 3 nights never hade room service."

"I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, and it’s always one of my favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg! This trip was extra special because I brought my 85-year-old dad, and it was his first time staying here. We both loved it! The location is perfect, right in downtown Gatlinburg, and the front porch is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Dad especially loved sitting in the rocking chairs by the fire, just relaxing and watching everything going on. There’s also a cozy fireplace...

"The made to order breakfast was the cherry on top. We loved it so much we will be back!"
